玖玖在线精品视频 - 本次补贴项目包括居家、社区、机构养老服务，其中居家、社区养老服务包括助餐、助浴、助洁、助行、助急、助医、康复护理、日间托养等服务，机构养老服务包括长期服务和短期喘息服务等。补贴抵扣额度每人每月最高800元，以电子消费券形式按自然月发放，当月有效、不可折现转让。该消费券额度可用于抵扣补贴项目范围内的个人自付的消费金额。在每月最高抵扣额度范围内，居家上门服务类可以抵扣消费金额的50%，机构养老和日间托养服务可以抵扣消费金额的40%。已享受长护险待遇的，自付部分可按比例抵扣。 需注意的是，正在享受特困人员供养救助待遇、经济困难失能老年人集中照护服务补助、居家和社区基本养老服务提升行动项目服务的老年人，不纳入本次补贴对象范围。近年来，广州持续健全分级分类、普惠可及、覆盖城乡、持续发展的养老服务体系，为老年群体提供“家门口”的养老服务。据了解，截至今年2月底，广州全市已有223家养老机构、184家社区养老服务机构、23家第三方评估机构参与广州市消费券补贴项目，全市累计发放养老服务消费券超16000张，激活了养老服务市场活力。《广州市居家社区养老服务管理办法》《广州市老年人助餐配餐服务管理办法》规定待遇与本次补贴冲突部分不可重复享受。目前，广州全市现有养老机构257家，养老床位5.78万张，护理型床位占比超过93%，能有效满足本市失能、失智老年人专业照护需求。
